What a glorious night it turned out to be for our Pilates in the Park! With our Pilates Summer Series well underway with unlimited classes for all of our current clients we wanted to bring you something a little different and get you outdoors. So on Tuesday 23rd July we brought our Mat Pilates class down to Seapark.

We had a great turn out on probably one of the hottest nights of the summer. The water bottles and suncream were welcome additions to our class.

Claire took a brilliant class which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. If the weather stayed like that we could move our classes outdoors more often!

But if you didn’t make it last week don’t worry we are doing another class on Thursday 22nd August at 9.30am at the same spot. Fingers crossed for another sunny day.
