TAKE A LOOK AT THESE 4 WAYS FOR OVERCOMING YOUR PAIN, RIGHT NOW:
Watch your posture. Sleeping or sitting in awkward positions are sure-fire ways of aggravating your neck pain. Be mindful of your posture and make sure you donāt sit for longer than about 20 minutes at a time. Get up regularly, stretch your neck, and walk around a bit. Furthermore, make sure you sleep in a position that is supportive for both your neck and back ā try sleeping with a pillow between your knees and with your spine aligned properly.

The problem is, however, that long periods of rest are actually detrimental to a sore neck! Yes, thatās right. Non-active joints and muscles tend to stiffen even further, thereby increasing your pain and prolonging your recovery time.
