At Active Health Solutions our approach to personal training goes beyond one on one sessions. Every aspect of a client’s training and lifestyle is considered and the service continues even after the client leaves their one on one session.

The packages give clients a more comprehensive service. In addition to personal training sessions we design an individual training plan for each client, based on their needs and goals. This plan and all lifestyle considerations will be regularly reviewed to assess effectiveness and will be adapted, if necessary, using the I-Training system. Clients find this system so time efficient and flexible. All this ensures they are kept on the right track and that they get the results they want. The constant guidance and feedback make these packages ideal for anyone who has a specific goal and is determined to get there but feels they need some assistance.
