Due to the specialist nature of the Reformer we ask that, before you book your class, you ensure you have either attended Reformer before, completed our Beginners course or have attended for a 1-1. This is to ensure you know how to use the machine safely to get the most out of your class.

We regularly run a 6-week Beginners course for those starting their Reformer journey, if you are interested in this please do not hesitate to contact us for the dates of the next available course.

Once completed your beginner’s course or your 1-1 there are 2 progressive class options available:

Reformer – suitable for those from beginners to intermediate.

Advanced – suitable for those who have been attending reformer regularly or are at a high level of fitness and want that extra challenge. This class will be at a faster pace with increasingly challenging exercise sets
