  • A second 30 minute follow up assessment** with a Physiotherapist either at the end of the 6 weeks, or during the course (your preference)

*During the Initial Assessment, we will assess your movement, posture and stomach muscles post-natal, addressing any pain, movement restrictions or other issues and ensuring your readiness back to exercise. We are happy to discuss your goals for the course and beyond.

**Then, following the 6 week course (or during, if you’d prefer), there will be a review appointment to assess your progress and advise on next steps.

You will be able to attend the course as many times as you wish as it will be led by an extert physiotherapist with specialist training in Ante- and Postnatal Pilates. Exercises can be adapted to your level as required so you always feel progression.

Classes will strengthen, lengthen and tone, assisting with improvements in your posture, energy levels, focus and overall physical recovery from pregnancy.

There will be a lot of focus on the pelvic floor and activation of the lower abdominals to assist with correction of any diastisis recti from pregnancy.
