Claire graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. Her combined desire to work and travel took her to Germany and then New Zealand were she worked in a private musculoskeletal clinic in Auckland gaining a wide range of experience working with the public and elite athletes within various sports, including rugby and the NZ Pro beach volleyball tour in 2012. Over the years she has spent a lot of time in the USA coaching sport and working with a charity that supports children through summer camps.
 
Claire has returned to Northern Ireland after 5 years working in private practice in London where she continued to build on her MSK experience and advance her skills in areas such as hypermobility, pre and post natal care and post operative rehab working alongside consultants from London Bridge Hospital. Throughout her time in London, Claire  completed Pilates training based on the Polestar method and APPI Matwork, which she loves to integrate into her physio practice to get people functioning at their highest level. 
 
In her spare time Claire continues to love to travel and aims to keep fit and active through running, Pilates and yoga. From a young age her main sporting passion has been hockey in which she continues to compete.
