We had been nominated as Finalists in 2 categories, Pilates/Yoga Provider of the Year and Excellence in Rehabilitation which we were over the moon about. The Awards Dinner was held on Saturday night at the Crowne Plaza in Belfast and it was an amazing well organised event with Hosts Vogue Williams and Ibe Sesay. The glitz and glamour was second to none especially from the Active Health Team!

It was fantastic to have a room full of colleagues from the Health and Fitness industry who all work towards helping others achieve their goals and live life to the fullest. The Pilates/Yoga provider of the Year Award was tough category but the Winner was Bro Flo Yoga. This is an online Yoga program for guys new to yoga.

Next up was the Excellence in Rehabilitation Award which again was full of fantastic Competition so we were shocked and honoured to win! This award really is a team effort from everyone at Active Health. We strive to do all we can to get people back the life they want and deserve following injury and illness with the full team of physios, podiatrists, massage therapists, pilates instructors and personal trainers, not forgetting the admin team who keep it all together. So a massive thank you goes to all of them as well as to all of our clients who put their trust in us to guide them through the rehab journey.
