Every year, Active Health has a Festive Fundraiser and this year we're excited to be supporting Aware NI's excellent work here in Northern Ireland.
We're undertaking a 12 Day step challenge with the goal of staying active and boosting our mental wellbeing in the process!
It started on November 29th with only 1000 steps a day and increases daily until December 10th when we're going to have a group coastal walk to get our 12000 steps in and celebrate the end of the challenge!
