Ellie provides a friendly first point of contact for patients, whether they are getting in touch for the first time or arranging their next appointment. She handles telephone and email enquiries, welcomes patients and helps make the practical side of accessing care easier to navigate.
With experience in both face-to-face and remote customer service, alongside finance administration in banking, Ellie brings a patient, organised approach to her role. She takes time to listen, explain appointment arrangements and help people contact the appropriate service or clinician.
Ellie particularly enjoys making an unfamiliar process feel simpler. Whether she is answering a booking question, helping with insurance administration or reassuring someone before their first visit, her aim is for patients to feel comfortable, informed and supported.
