It has been a crazy few months for us all in the midst of the Coronovirus pandemic. We shut the doors of both our Holywood and Bangor Clinics on 23rd March and, like everyone else, stayed at home. David perfected his sourdough bread baking and I attempted to home school 7 year old twins, whilst keeping their 4 year old brother busy, to the detriment of their education!

Along with all of that, we were able to move our Pilates classes and Physiotherapy consultations online which has been fantastic but it is even better that we can now get back into the clinic and back to doing what we love.

Our Podiatrists started back 2 weeks ago and Physiotherapy last week. Of course it is all a little different to what we have been used to but I think we have all gotten used to this thing called “The New Normal”!

So now that we are open we have new procedures in place to keep everyone safe. Have a look at the video below to see what we have in place to keep you safe and healthy while you are with us. This video is in our New Bangor clinic but the procedures are the same in Holywood as well.
