Anne is a certified Vodder Lymphedema Practitioner and Board Certified Structural Integrator specialising in myofascial tissue balance. After completing a BTec Level 5 in Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy in 2011, Anne continued her professional journey studying Thomas Myers Anatomy Trains with James Earls achieving Board Certified status in 2012. In 2016 she completed a Higher Diploma in Neuromuscular Therapy followed by Vodder training in 2018/19 which was completed at the Dr. Vodder Academy in Walchsee, Austria.
Anne’s background is in Accountancy and spent many years working in an Accountancy Practice and other commercial businesses in England and Northern Ireland.
In 2005 Anne moved to China for a year, studying Chinese language before moving on to France which is where she raised her two boys in a small picturesque village in the South of the country. In 2010 Anne moved to Paris were she commenced her training and educational journey for a new career in manual therapies. After qualifying in 2011 Anne gained a wide range of experience to grow as a manual therapist having had the opportunity to work with professional Tennis players at Roland Garros as well as being part of an internal fitness centre team for a large international company.
In 2012 Anne returned home to Northern Ireland and set up her own manual therapies business gaining more experience and qualifications in this field.
Anne has always been a sports enthusiast, from a young age she enjoyed gymnastics and trampolining which she coached and judged to advanced level as well as competing at elite level herself. Having outgrown these sports, Anne now likes to keep her feet firmly on the ground playing Tennis or going for a good run!
