In hindsight opening our second clinic on 16th March 2020, a week before lockdown, was maybe not the best move ever but 1 year down the line we are proud to say that we not only survived it but thrived as a business.

None of us saw this pandemic coming but all of us had to adapt quickly both personally and professionally. We had to find new ways of working and streamline what we had to get over the worst of it. But at the end of the day, I think, there have been a lot of positives that have come out of this year. We have embraced technology to help us stay connected, we have found more efficient ways to work and learnt to appreciate the small things.

Since being able to reopen in June 2020 we have remained open as an Essential Healthcare service for Physiotherapy and Podiatry in clinic as well as continuing our Pilates classes online. We rented out our Pilates Reformers to our clients so that they could continue to look after their health and fitness while at home.

As we look forward to brighter days with the amazing vaccination program in Northern Ireland, I am looking forward to seeing more of you face to face in our clinics.

NB: Massage Therapy is back in clinic from 24th April and Private Pilates Sessions will begin 30th April.

Check out the recent Press we have had about our New Clinic in Bangor.
