Stephanie Pruzina

Stephanie worked as a physiotherapist for more years than she likes to admit to, for most of which she specialised in adult musculoskeletal injuries in the outpatient department of the Ulster Hospital. More recently she has developed a keen interest in Pilates and its benefits not just as a form of exercise but also as a method which develops mind-body awareness and promotes the postural and structural alignment necessary for healthy joints. Stephanie trained as a Body Control Pilates teacher and currently teaches up to 10 classes per week and has recently qualified to also teach reformer. She has also completed courses in Pilates for children, for breast cancer, and for older clients.

Outside of work she likes anything to do with the outdoors, especially orienteering (much more fun than you think) and being in the mountains.
