Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have sales/customer service experience? then this is the job for you!

Hours of works will be 24-30 hours per week with the possibility of working additional hours on a Saturday in the future.  2 evenings will be part of this job.

This is initially a temporary position with the view to becoming permanent following a successful probation period:

Job Role

The successful candidate will be a first point of contact for internal and external personnel and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and promoting our business.  You will be responsible for ensuring telephones are answered and directed in a prompt and timely manner.  Administration duties, cash handling and general housekeeping will also be required.  There will be some lifting involved with this job.

Essential Criteria

5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade A-C, including English and Maths
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
Smart and professional appearance
Good Communication skills
Flexible
Ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative
Sales & Customer Service Experience
Excellent Telephone manner
Able to navigate social media platforms
Marketing Experience
Desirable criteria

Use of a computerised booking system
Experience within the health field
